Refund/Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

If your item is defective, damaged, or there’s a printing error, you may request a refund or exchange.

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

How to request a refund or exchange:

1. Email us at mmteelab@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. Include the following in your email:
     - Clear photos of the defective or damaged area
     - A photo of the entire product, if needed
     - A photo of the packing slip

Once we receive your request, we’ll evaluate it and get back to you with the next steps. You do not need to return the item unless specifically instructed.

Made-to-Order Products & General Returns

All of our products are made to order, which means we create your item just for you when you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
