1. How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy. Simply click the person icon at the top of the homepage and enter your email — we’ll send you a secure one-time code to log in and manage your orders.

2. Do I need an account to place an order?

No — creating an account is completely optional!  You can check out as a guest if you prefer.  But if you choose to log in, we’ll automatically create your account and send a one-time code to your email. No passwords, no hassle.

3. What sizes do your t-shirts come in?

Our unisex t-shirts range from XS to 2XL. We recommend checking our Size Guide in our product page before placing your order to find your perfect fit.

4. What’s the difference between Signature Series and Essential Series tees?

Both tee series are designed for comfort, movement, and long-lasting wear — the difference comes down to fit, feel, and how you like to wear your tees.

5. Which one should I choose?

  • Choose Signature Series if you like a more structured tee with a bold, premium feel.
  • Choose Essential Series if you want a lightweight, ultra-soft tee for everyday comfort.

Both are designed to move with you — it just depends on how you like your tee to feel and fit.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

All t-shirts are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after that.

7. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in using your email and one-time code to view your order history and tracking details anytime.

8. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. Since all products are made to order, we can’t offer returns for wrong size, color, or change of mind. Please review our full [Refund & Exchange Policy].

9. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at mmteelab@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue and the packing slip, and we’ll make it right.

10. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Since we begin production quickly after your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel orders. Please double-check your order before confirming checkout.

11. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future!

12. Why does my product look a little different than the mockup?

Our print and embroidery products are made to order.  Garment shades and thread colors may vary slightly from digital previews, but that's part of what makes each piece unique.
