✨ A New Year, A New Chapter
2025 was the year I truly stepped into building MM Tee Lab with intention.
It was a year of small wins, tiny pivots, and so many lessons — more than I ever expected. A year full of emotions, creativity, learning curves, and experiences that stretched me in ways I didn’t anticipate.
And now, with a blink of an eye, we’re stepping into 2026.
I’m taking everything I learned this past year and carrying it with me as I continue building this little baby of mine.
✨ 2025 REFLECTIONS: LEARNINGS + SMALL WINS
⏳ Time investment: Learning to build while learning
This year pushed me to wear every hat — designer, marketer, website editor, customer service, photographer, ad manager… you name it. I’m good at some roles, and honestly, I completely suck at others.
But I learned something important:
I’m building while learning, and that means everything takes time.
I can’t rush it. I have to invest in the process. Even using AI — yes, it helps a ton — but learning how to use AI is its own skill that takes time and practice.
🎨 A clearer creative identity
Somewhere between designing t-shirts at my desk and recording Reels in the dance studio, MM Tee Lab slowly found its voice —
movement-inspired, uplifting, and a little reminder that small steps still count.
💛 Small wins worth celebrating
A few highlights that made me proud this year:
- Launching and refining the MM Tee Lab website
- Creating new designs that felt true to my own movement journey
- Collaborating with micro-influencers and learning entirely new marketing approaches
- Running my first giveaways and ads — huge learning curves, but real progress
- Landing my first bulk order (!), which reminded me that this brand can grow beyond single orders
These weren’t loud wins, but they added up.
They created a foundation I feel confident standing on as we move into 2026.
✨ WHAT’S COMING IN 2026
2026 will be a year of intentional expansion — not fast, but focused.
🌟 1. Exploring Custom Tees (Group + Small Batch Projects)
After testing the Custom Group Tee Kit, I’m excited to lean in more.
Creating branded tees for teams, studios, small businesses, and community groups has become something I genuinely enjoy. It’s creative, collaborative, and meaningful — and I want to grow this area thoughtfully.
🌟 2. Introducing New Categories
MM Tee Lab started with t-shirts, but movement is bigger than tees.
In 2026, I plan to explore:
- Caps
- Tote bags
- Maybe a couple more small accessories
Not rushing — just thoughtfully adding pieces that fit our “movement + motivation” story.
🌟 3. Continuing to refine designs + collections
Instead of trying to make everything, 2026 will be about designing intentionally:
- More dance tees
- More movement-themed collections

2025 taught me to stay curious, stay flexible, and show up — even on the days I didn’t feel ready.
And 2026?
I hope it becomes the year MM Tee Lab grows not just in products, but in meaning.
